March 31, 2024 @ 2301 Company 15 was alerted to Mutual Aid (Co2 Hughesville) call in the area of Prince Frederick Road and Siesta Fields Pl for an MVC Mass Casualty Extrication with multiple patients. Engine 151 and Chief 15 along with Ambulance 158 and Utility 15 responded. While en route BC2C assigned Chief 15 to head the EMS group and the crew from Engine 151 to assist in the triage area with a total of 13 patients. Multiple EMS units responded and transported to area Trauma centers. One adult was airlifted to an area Trauma center. Engine 151 cleared the accident scene to set up the landing site for Trooper 2 at the SMECO building. Hughesville Squad 2 and Benedict Rescue Engine 5 operated on extricating 1 patient.
